Claude, your colleague at work
The AI helps you. But you remain the bridge that copies, pastes and rephrases. One day you will no longer be.
Reserve a seat for me →An applied, one-day course for people who work with documents, spreadsheets, and reports every day — and who have too many repetitive tasks that shouldn't exist.
There is not yet a course on prompting.
It's a course about how to turn Claude into a digital colleague who reads your files, understands the context of your work, and completes tasks — without you being the bridge that copy-pastes and rephrases.
You delegate tasks, go out to lunch with friends, come back and find all the required documents organized, directly on your computer.
Why ChatGPT is no longer enough
You may already be using ChatGPT or other AI tools for better-worded emails, summaries, ideas, or texts. And you've probably noticed that after a while, the process becomes tedious.
You think about what prompt to write. You copy bits of documents. You upload files one by one. You rephrase the question. You get an answer. You manually move it back into Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, or your internal documents.
The AI helps you. But you remain the bridge that connects the pieces.
Claude Cowork (the name I use for Claude Code in the office context) works directly in your project folder. It reads your files, understands the structure of documents, creates new materials, modifies templates, compares versions, and remembers the context of your work between sessions. Instead of isolated conversations with a chatbot, you have an assistant who sees your workspace and completes tasks.
The five reflexes you form in this course
This course doesn't teach you "how to give better prompts." That approach was useful two years ago—now Claude can read your files himself, so you don't have to describe what's in them anymore.
You will acquire five practical reflexes that make the difference between someone who uses AI occasionally and someone who integrates it into their daily work.
How you work with your files.
How to give Claude Cowork access to documents, folders, reports, and templates so you don't have to copy context every time. Your work lives in files — and that's where it all starts.
How you work with Claude as an assistant, not as a search engine.
How do you formulate tasks, how do you delimit a task, how do you maintain a coherent thread of work — not a series of isolated questions that look at each other.
When to delegate and when not to.
Not every task is worth delegating. You will learn to recognize what is suitable for AI, what works best hybridly, and what remains in your hands.
When you trust and when you verify.
The most valuable reflex you can develop. You'll see exactly where Claude is really good, where he tends to go wrong, and what types of checks make the difference between a secure workflow and a fragile one.
How do you teach Claude your way of working?.
The most powerful part: you teach it how to work once, and it follows the steps exactly. It formats your documents the way you do. It searches for information in a disciplined manner, in the order you want.
It connects to the tools you use every day — email, calendar, Zoom, Sheets, Google Docs, or any other software system your work depends on. All of these routines are encoded into „skills” that you trigger with a single command.
Build once, use forever. And in the end, you learned how to do it — you don't just copy my examples.
At the end, you leave with a set of workflows and at least one skill of your own, built during the course, which you can immediately adapt to your real work.
Who is the course for?
For people who work in roles with a lot of information, a lot of documents, and a lot of processes, and want to use AI in a concrete way, not just declaratively.
It is suitable for:
- project / product managers
- content creators
- HR specialists
- financial and administrative specialists
- procurement and acquisitions
- team leaders
- community builders
- entrepreneurs and small team managers
If your work includes files, procedures, reports, lists, briefs, tasks, presentations, emails, or internal processes — this course is for you.
The real problem the course solves
In most office jobs, the work is not hard because it is complex. It is difficult because it is fragmented.
Information lives in emails, Excels, Word documents, PDFs, shared folders, internal messages, meeting notes. You have to compare versions, draw conclusions, make reports, create templates, verify data, repeat the same processes week after week.
The course transforms this chaos into a clear working system — a system that you own, not a foreign tool that you use occasionally.

- how to work with folders and files
- how to give clear instructions and how to delimit a task
- how to read, synthesize and compare documents

Thanks
This workshop is possible thanks to the people who opened the door to a generous and student-friendly space.
Thank you CGM Software Romania for hosting and Andrea Marc for the direct support in the logistical organization of the day. Without this gesture, the workshop would not have had this setting.
Who teaches you?
I am Madalina Cocea. I have been working in scientific communication for 20 years — currently at the Technology Transfer Center of the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University in Iași. I have trained over 2,000 researchers from over 10 universities: how to communicate what they do, how to structure their work, and how to manage communication on complex projects.
Now I want to bring that same expertise to people working in other office jobs. The same reflexes that help researchers navigate information chaos work just as well for a project manager, an HR specialist, or a team lead. I use Claude daily in my own work — this course is built from what has worked for me, not from theory.

For whom it is not
If you are a developer and want to use Claude Code for production code: this is not the course for you. Here we work with documents, folders, reports and processes — the tools of office work. We do not write software applications and we do not teach programming.
What do I need to bring?
- Own laptop (Windows or macOS), with rights to install a new application
- Account Claude Pro active ($20/month or ~$17/month annually)
- Pen and a notebook or whatever you use for notes
Lunch is not included. We will make a joint order on Wolt during the break and each person pays individually.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is Claude Cowork?
It’s the name we use for Claude Code in office contexts. Technically speaking, you’ll be working with Anthropic’s official Claude Code tool — the same product developers use — but we’re repositioning it for administrative work, not code. The name takes the emphasis off of „code” and puts it on what you’ll actually be doing: assisted work with documents, files, and processes.
Why do I need a Claude Pro account?
Because Claude Code (the tool we use in the course) is only available on Anthropic's paid plans. The most affordable is Claude Pro — $20/month (or ~$17/month paid annually). You need it active on the day of the class so you can work on your laptop.
Can I learn from scratch, without technical experience?
Yes, absolutely. The course is built just for you. We don't write code. We use Claude as a colleague you talk to — in Romanian — and who does your work. The only "commands" you learn are the basic ones (open-close-save) and there is nothing you can't recover if you make a mistake. We work step by step, from scratch, until you build your first skill yourself.
How big is the group?
Maximum 20 people, so that the format remains applied and I can visit everyone.
Registration
Iași Session — June 20, 2026. 20 seats, so I can visit each one during the exercises.
