Claude, your colleague at work

You asked ChatGPT for a meeting summary, copied it back into the report, and rephrased it to sound like you. The AI helps you. But you remain the bridge that does the copy-pasting and rephrase. Give yourself two evenings to learn to delegate work to the AI so that it doesn't always depend on you.

An applied, online course for people who work with documents, tables, and reports daily, and who have too many repetitive tasks that should no longer exist.

A course on how to turn Claude into a digital colleague.

It reads your files, understands the context of your work, and completes tasks without you having to be the bridge that copies, pastes, checks, and rephrases.

You delegate tasks to them, close your laptop, come back and find all the required documents neatly arranged, directly on your computer.

The real problem: you don't lack the AI, you lack the system

You already use ChatGPT or other AI tools for better-worded emails, summaries, or texts. And after a while, the process becomes tedious. You think about what prompt to write. You copy bits of documents. You upload files one by one. You rephrase the question, get an answer, manually move it back to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or email.

The AI helps you. But you remain the bridge that connects the pieces.

Claude Cowork works directly on your computer, with your folders. It reads the files you give it access to, understands the structure of documents, creates new materials, modifies templates, compares versions, and remembers the context of your work between sessions.

In most office jobs, the work is not hard because it is complex. It is difficult because it is fragmented.

Information lives scattered: in emails, Excels, Word documents, PDFs, shared folders, meeting notes. You compare versions, draw conclusions, make reports, check data, repeat the same processes week after week.

The course transforms this chaos into a clear working system that you own, not a foreign tool that you use occasionally.

The five reflexes you form

Today Claude can read your files himself, so writing "better prompts" (useful two years ago) is no longer the focus.

Instead, you will acquire five practical reflexes that make the difference between someone who uses AI occasionally and someone who integrates it into their daily work.

1

How you work with your files.

How do you give Claude access to documents, folders, reports, and templates so you don't have to copy context every time? Your work lives in files, that's where it all starts.

2

How you work with Claude as an assistant, not as a search engine.

How do you formulate tasks, how do you delimit a task, how do you maintain a coherent thread of work, not a series of isolated questions that look at each other.

3

When to delegate and when not to.

Not every task is worth delegating. You will learn to recognize what is suitable for AI, what works best hybridly, and what remains in your hands.

4

When you trust and when you verify.

The most valuable reflex you can develop. You'll see exactly where Claude is really good, where he tends to go wrong, and what types of checks make the difference between a secure workflow and a fragile one.

5

How do you teach Claude your way of working?.

You teach it how to work once, and it follows your exact steps: it formats your documents the way you do, searches for information in a disciplined way, in the order you want. It connects to the tools you use every day (email, calendar, Zoom, Sheets, Google Docs), and routines are encoded into "skills" that you trigger with a single command.

Build once, use forever.

At the end, you leave with a set of workflows and at least one personal work procedure that Claude learned from you, built during the course, that you can immediately adapt to your real work.

Who is the course for / who is it not for?

For people who work in roles with a lot of information, a lot of documents, and a lot of processes, and want to use AI in a concrete way, not just declaratively.

It is suitable for:

  • project / product managers
  • content creators
  • HR specialists
  • financial and administrative specialists
  • procurement and acquisitions
  • team leaders
  • community builders
  • entrepreneurs and small team managers

If your work includes files, procedures, reports, lists, briefs, tasks, presentations, emails or internal processes, the course is for you.

If you are a developer and want to use Claude Code for production code, this is not the course for you: here we work with documents, folders, reports and processes, we do not write software applications. And if you work in research and want to use Claude for help with academic work, writing scientific papers or projects, there is a dedicated course: Claude, your academic assistant.

How it works

The course has 2 live sessions of 3 hours each, based only on applied exercises, on your laptop and realistic examples. Each session remains recorded, so you can return to any step. The course is built to be interactive and can be resumed by you, as many times as you need

Session 1 · Claude Fundamentals

How Claude works in an agentic way and how to use it safely, step by step, without technical experience.

  • What is Claude Cowork and how does it differ from a classic chatbot?
  • how to work with folders and files
  • how to give clear instructions and how to delimit a task
  • how to read, synthesize and compare documents
  • how to create new files, templates and reports

Session 2 · Rules, work procedures, agents + practical project

Go from "I use Claude" to "I built my own way of working": you take everything into an applied workflow, in a real office scenario.

  • how to set permanent rules for a project (working memory)
  • how to build your first reusable workflow (skill)
  • how to use parallel agents for larger tasks
  • how you decide when to delegate, when to check, and when to take the task forward yourself
  • we start from a disorganized set of files and transform them into a coherent system, connected to your tools

Examples of workflows we can build together:

  • weekly content generator (messages, images, automatic scheduling)
  • organizational system for administrative documents
  • automatic notes from meetings
  • daily digest with news from your inbox and calendar
  • a work procedure learned by Claude for a job you do repetitively

Who teaches you?

I am Madalina Cocea. I have been working in scientific communication for 20 years — currently at the Technology Transfer Center of the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University in Iași. I have trained over 2,000 researchers from over 10 universities: how to communicate what they do, how to structure their work, and how to manage communication on complex projects.

Now I want to bring that same expertise to people working in other office jobs. The same reflexes that help researchers navigate information chaos work just as well for a project manager, an HR specialist, or a team lead. I use Claude daily in my own work — this course is built from what has worked for me, not from theory.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Claude Cowork?

It's a different way to work with AI than you're used to, like a chatbot. You'll learn how to use AI at work, assisted with documents, files, and processes.

What happens if I miss a session?

Each session is recorded, and you receive the recording after the class so you can catch up. Follow-up office hours are when we clarify anything you missed or anything that didn't work out in the meantime.

Can I learn from scratch, without technical experience?

Yes, absolutely. The course is built just for you. We use Claude as a colleague you speak to, in Romanian, and who does your work. We work step by step, from scratch, until you build your first skill on your own.

How big is the group?

Maximum 25 people, so that the format remains applied and I can respond to each one.

REGISTRATION CLOSED

The workshop starts on September 1st, so I'm not taking any more registrations. Each participant needs a few days to install Claude and go through the training guide before the first session, and anyone who registers now would come in unprepared.
